Can you support customers via phone, email and face-to-face?
Do you have strong IT support skills around software, hardware?
Have you knowledge of CCTV, cyber security or digital forensics?
We have a wonderful opportunity for you!
Working with a growing company in St Neots, you will be supporting their clients across the UK. Most of the support is office based but you will have occasional site visits so a driving licence and own transport for those occasions is essential.
You will be dealing with 1st to third line support and will continue to train and develop your skill set in all of these areas. We are looking for someone who wants to progress and skill up.
There is plenty of opportunity to take additional exams along the way to develop with the company and take on additional roles.
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills both personal and written, ideally Microsoft certified (or at least willing to take the exams) to work for an MS Gold Partner, Tier 1 support company in the heart of St Neots.
Working Monday to Friday 8.30 until 5.30, you will provide a first class IT support to your clients across the whole of the UK.
The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. You will be mentored and settled in by a strong team of support specialists who, between them, have industry knowledge across the entire multi-platform. Salary depends on experience but could be up to £26,000 with good additional benefits.
This is a great role in a company that truly value their staff and you will be joining a team of people who clearly have vision and direction.
Apply today as interviews will take place as soon as possible.
