All Osborne temporary workers are eligible to join our unique benefits programme, "myChoice." It's totally free and provides discounts on a wide range of products and memberships. Please visit the "myChoice" area for further details.

  • Paid Annual Leave

All temporary workers with Osborne are paid 28 days holiday per year worked. Once accrued holiday pay can be claimed at any point, by request via your Osborne consultant. The amount of notice you need to provide to claim your holidays will be outlined in your terms of service

  • WOW - Suggestion Awards

The WOW scheme was actually an idea by one of our temporary workers. It gives all staff on assignment through Osborne an opportunity and a platform to submit ideas and suggestions to improve our processes, services or systems. For every idea implemented, we will give you a gift voucher.

  • Training & Development

Through our strategic alliance with Pitman Training, all Osborne temporary workers are entitled to a 10% reduction on any training diploma or £25 off any Pitman training course (terms apply)

  • Referral Scheme

For every person that you recommend and who is subsequently placed into permanent vacancy by Osborne, you will receive a £100 voucher*

  • Reward and Recognition

At the end of each quarter (i.e April, July, October & January), we will announce the winner of the Osborne temporary of the quarter. We want to reward good performance and committment. We want to reward people that go "the extra mile."

  • Newsletters

It is our intention to keep you all upto date with what's going on in Osborne. To continually notify you of any changes and / or improvements. We issue a quarterly newsletter Osborne Xtra.
