Job Description
HR Adviser wanted for a fixed term 9 month contract has arisen.
This role will be field based and will involve travelling to our clients 38 branches throughout the UK supporting the Branch Managers.
You will be dealing with absence management issues i.e. investigations and disciplinary meetings.
You will be required to audit absence data and ensure there are accurate records kept.
You will be required to work with the Occupational Health Adviser in supporting staff in the workplace and helping their return to work, following long periods of absence.
You will work with the HR team in reviewing, developing and defining company policies, standards and indicators for the effective absence and performance management of the staff.
